Original Artwork Submission
Shortlisted artists will be required to submit their original artwork for exhibition and evaluation. Detailed instructions will be provided via email.

Results will be announced online at aaa.onecondoms.my on 21 November 2026.
All winners will be notified based on the details provided in their entry form. Please ensure all information submitted is accurate, as no amendments can be made to certificates, cheques, or records once issued.
Cheque & Certificate Issuance
All cheques and certificates will be issued strictly under the name provided in the NRIC or passport during submission.
No changes will be allowed after submission for any reason.
Prizes
Winning artists will receive a cash prize sponsored by Karex, along with a certificate of recognition.
Exhibition & Auction of Artwork(s)
Selected artworks will be exhibited at KEN Gallery, TTDI from 1 – 6 December 2026.
Following the exhibition, all winning artworks will be included in an auction.
Please note that:
All submitted artworks must be original and created by the artist.
Any work found to be plagiarised or not originally created by the participant will be disqualified.
If plagiarism is identified at any stage, the organiser reserves the right to:
All costs incurred in the creation and production of artworks for art against AIDS shall be borne solely by the participating artist(s).
Karex shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising directly or indirectly from participation in the competition.
Any breach of the Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification at the organiser’s discretion.
Artwork Usage & Rights
Karex reserves the right to use selected artworks for exhibition, communication, global marketing, and related campaign purposes, while maintaining appropriate attribution to the artist.
Collection Period
All non-winning and unsold artworks must be collected within the designated collection period, no later than February 2026.
Collection will take place at the designated address during office hours:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
A minimum of 1–2 days’ notice is required prior to collection. Same-day or last-minute requests may not be accommodated.
Collection of Non-Winning Entries
Artists are required to collect non-winning artworks within the stated collection period.
After the final collection reminder, no appeals, extensions, or special arrangements will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
If artists are unable to collect in person, they are strongly encouraged to arrange a self-appointed courier for pickup.
Karex will not arrange or cover courier costs for return of artworks.
Uncollected Artworks
Karex will make up to two attempts to contact artists regarding uncollected artworks.
If there is no response or collection is not made within the stipulated timeframe, the artwork will be considered uncollected.
Uncollected artworks may, at the organiser’s discretion, be treated as a voluntary donation.
Donated Artworks

Copyright & Intellectual Property
All submitted artworks must be original works created by the participant.
If any reference material or third-party content is used, participants must ensure they have obtained the necessary permissions and clearly acknowledge this in the “Creative Rationale” section of the entry form.
Ownership of Artwork
By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that Karex is granted the right to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted artworks for purposes related to art against AIDS.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Artist Rights & Acknowledgement
Artists retain moral recognition of their work, and will be credited appropriately wherever reasonably practicable.
By participating, entrants agree not to pursue claims against the Organiser for the permitted use of submitted works in connection with the competition and its related initiatives.
Use of Submitted Works
The Organiser may retain, publish, exhibit, reproduce, and adapt submitted works in any medium deemed appropriate for the promotion and development of art against AIDS and related awareness initiatives.
